Rules And Regulations

All rules have been established in order to protect the safety of our participants. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping everyone to enjoy race day

• All rules are mandatory and strictly enforced to ensure the safety, fairness, and smooth conduct of the event. Non-compliance with any rule may lead to immediate disqualification and/or a permanent ban from future events.

• • Event Organisers reserve every right to change any rule at any time without prior notice .

  • Entry fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Race BIBs are personal identifiers and must not be exchanged, transferred, or sold. Any individual found involved in the sale or transfer of a BIB will be disqualified immediately and permanently banned from all future events.

  • No race-day registration will be permitted. No exceptions.

  • Age-category cash prizes will be awarded only if a minimum of 15 participants are registered in that category. If fewer participants are present, only 1 winner will be declared.

  • No bicycles, wheeled vehicles, or unauthorized assistance are allowed on the racecourse. Violators will be removed immediately.

  • The organisers and medical team reserve full authority to remove any participant deemed medically unfit to continue. Their decision is final and binding.

  • Event cancellation or postponement will only occur due to unavoidable circumstances. Participants will be notified via email. No refunds or transfers will be entertained in such cases.

  • Signing/agreement to the event waiver is compulsory. No waiver = No participation.

  • Hydration, medical, and crew support will be available, but participants with prior medical conditions must obtain medical clearance before participating. The organiser will not be held responsible for any health complications arising during or after the event.

  • Medals and breakfast will only be distributed during event hours. No claims will be entertained later.

  • Participants must present valid original ID proof at the time of BIB collection. No ID = No BIB.

  • BIB and Event Kit will be distributed only at designated centres announced before the event. Absolutely no distribution will take place on event day.

  • Participants without an official BIB will not be allowed in the holding area or on the racecourse.

  • By registering, you grant the organiser full rights to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes, without additional consent or compensation.

  • Any misconduct, including but not limited to unsporting behaviour, use of prohibited items, or violation of rules, will lead to instant disqualification and possible permanent ban from all future events.

   

  
  Please Note: Under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act of 1961, 31.25% TDS will be deducted from Prize Money for Winners above Rs.10000.

Event officials reserve the right to modify, supplement or waive all or part of the event rules.
